To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking your appointment: 1. Late Arrival Policy • A $15 late fee will be applied if you arrive 15 minutes late to your appointment. • If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show. 2. Hair Preparation • Please arrive with your hair washed and thoroughly blow-dried straight. If you would like me to include a wash it will be $10 extra. • Extra detangling or blow-drying may result in additional fees or rescheduling. 3. No Extra Guests • For safety and space reasons, no extra guests or children are allowed unless they are being serviced. 4. Deposit Policy • A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. • Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. • The deposit goes toward your total service cost. • If I need to cancel for personal reasons, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled date.
